CAKE

Motif cakes

The creation of motif and theme cakes always gives me great pleasure. Whether different motifs or the same theme with different cake and/or topping flavors, no limits are set to the imagination.

On the following page you will find examples of the themes: Easter, Boulder, Fantasy, Names, Star Wars, Winnie Pooh, Heart, Boulder, Logo, Paw Patrol.

Mirror Glaze Cake

The whole process of making these cakes fascinates me every time anew and there are always beautiful unique color games.

Mirror Glaze is basically sugar, water, gelatin, glucose, white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Sounds like an enormous amount of effort and sweetness, but it's not very time-consuming or difficult, and it's not too sweet in taste.

I like to combine the mirror glaze with curd cakes. In principle, however, numerous cakes can be decorated in this way. The important thing is simply that they are not too soft and well cooled.

Rainbow Cake

Brings a smile to everyone's face.

I prefer an airy sponge cake batter or other light cake combined with cream cheese frosting.

Chestnut Cake

This is one of my absolute favorites. Simply fantastically good. A must for all Chestnut lovers. Not only in the fall. I would love to eat it every day.

I can only recommend everyone to make the chestnut puree themselves. And even though I hardly like alcohol in desserts, here the little sip of kirsch simply belongs. It gives the chestnut puree that certain something extra.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

In my opinion, the combination of peanut butter and chocolate is simply irresistibly good. Since each of the not exactly few calories is worth it.

To get the peanut butter more liquid and to be able to make beautiful decorations, I also just put the jar in a hot water bath for a few minutes.

Also simply delicious as frosting in combination with butter and/or cream cheese.

Lemon Cake

Even old-fashioned classic cakes don't have to be boring.

Even with very simple decorations, they can be transformed into something more fancy.

Orea Cake

Making and looking at this cake is fun. Crumbling cookies somehow is satisfying for me.

But I must say that this cake is very sweet. Who likes this: Go for it! If you prefer it not so sweet, this cake is probably rather nothing, unless the sugar content of the cream would be reduced. This can be done without worrying about loss of flavor.

Looks completely unspectacular here. But the taste is bombastic.

Of course, I then like to decorate curd cakes, preferably with a Mirror Glaze, whipped cream or a fruit mirror.

Depending on the season, the flavor can be varied, of course. I always prefer to use fresh rather than frozen fruit.

Apple Crumble Cake

Shortcrust pastry is one of my absolute favorites. If a crumble cake is conjured up from it, I am happy and satisfied.

Apple-cinnamon crumble cake tastes particularly good to me. But here, too, you can of course alternate and combine according to your taste.

Banana Bread

What I like particularly about Banana Bread is that you can add many different ingredients such as chocolate chips, raisins, peanut butter etc.

Whether nuts, chocolate, dried fruit, individually or all combined, it simply tastes good and keeps you full for a long time.

Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Cream pies are characterized by a firm bottom and edge, but soft core.

Whether the solid component is a shortbread, made of crumbled cookies and butter, or some other creation, it doesn't matter and should be up to the preference of the happy consumer.

I have mentioned before that I really love peanut butter. However, the creamy filling can of course also be made with other flavors. As examples I mention chocolate, vanilla, and coconut. But there are countless other possibilities.

Try it. They are worth every sin!
