Raspberry Vinegar
This vinegar adds a lovely sweet fruity note to a salad. My favorite is when you mix it with French salad dressing. This makes it creamy. But it's also super tasty together with a fine olive oil.
I always say, "If I could only eat one thing in my life, it would be the simple dish of spaghetti with tomato sauce and grated cheese". But for that, of course, the sauce must be delicious.
I think the saying "self-praise stinks" is stupid. If you think something of yourself is good, you can stand by it.
I like my sauce very much and have already received a lot of great feedback. I would be happy if you would like to try it.
Quiche
Simple, quickly prepared, hearty, good.
Can also be frozen super well and reheated briefly in the oven when needed.
I especially like the fact that you have hardly any limits in terms of ingredients.
Always good together with a fresh salad.
